Biden, 80, is already the oldest person to serve as President and he would be 86 at the end of his second term. In a recent NBC News poll, 68% of voters said they worry about Biden’s health with 55% reflecting "major" concerns. Biden has some work to do to convince voters he has the mental and physical capacity to run for reelection.
