Stiletto 2 memory

Hello, I have my Stiletto 2 set to record a program everyday some times it does and some times not. The biggest problem is it will wipe out the memory and all the stuff I recorded will be gone. the only to get it to work is to do a factory reset. this is the second one I have had they both have the same problem.
