I have tried to reach Ms. Calderone at her Sirius office several times over the last year or two and all calls went un-answered. Last week I called her at what I was told was her home number. She did answer and I informed her who I was and she wanted to know how I got her home number. I told her it took a little work but it was not difficult. I ask her if she knew who I was and much to my disappointment she said no, I guess I need to turn up the heat a bit!
She then proceeded to yell at me at the top of her lungs I might add and ask that I not call her at home and I said no problem I will call you at work then she slammed the phone down and hung up. I did attempt to call her at work and the calls went un-answered as usual with all of Sirius Executives. Today Sunday April 4th 2009 I called back at her home number at 1:10 PST and she answered then proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs and threaten to call the police for calling her and once again rudely hung up the phone.

That is an interesting point -- by his posting, he has insinuated that she is guilty of a crime, which could put her in a vulnerable position against the wrong person. And the fact that the posting made it sound like her personal information is obtainable with persistance, should really raise a red flag, IMHO.Quote:

Michael Hartlieb tried to be the center of attention at the stockholders meeting in December to no avail. He had his banners and business cards but no one was really paying attention to him. Mel answered his questions during the Q & A period. IMHO this is just another attempt to be the center of attention. Just like the mangey fool with their daily posts that include the word "Sirius" in them to get the hits. It is really pathetic though that he has to harass a woman at her home. Sooner or later he will hang himself if he has not already done so.
Hartlieb is a "public figure" now by his own doing so, I don't know why kind of lawsuit he is threatening but if it libel or slander for what has been said here, he is totally wasting his time.
The coward deleted his posts at Yahoo. Apparently he is not aware of the archiving over there. It can be pulled up by them at anytime for any law enforcement agency.Quote:

Let me please elaborate on MH. First I am not saying I agree or disagree with MH. I have spoken with him as well as researched myself on the topics he has discussed. Although, somethings cannot be researched(ie: plan to take private). With that said, I am shocked that people on this board and others are OK with the fact that wallstreet and others do things that are illegal and just want to chalk it up to part of the game. If I am understanding that mentality correctly, that is what has led america to where it is today. NO ONE wants to fight for what is right. They would prefer to make money.
If even 1/2 of what he said is true, people need to be held responsible. I do have to say that I think he could get more credibility if he would approach it all with a bit more softness. i do not think calling calderone at home and mentioning supeonas is a wise move. I do think that people with "inside" info have shared their desire to help. Also, everyone must keep in mind that everyone does have some common ground with MH. He too would like to hold the manipulation and naked short sellers responsible.
Someone like MH goes against the grain,and even if he is right(but using the wrong methods) he will still get shot at. Time will answer who is telling the truth. At this point and time EVERYONE is just voicing their opinions.
You obviously are new to this board. If you want people to care what you type, you shouldnt type this(JMVHO, take it for what it is, of course you can type anything you would like). Im actually not aware of ANYONE on this forum who is "ok" with the manipulation, short selling, or some of SiriusXM's own actions. I think you can find everyone here has had a problem about how SiriusXM has treated its stockholder. But no one is sueing them for it. Just sell your stock and go away, or average down, and make your money back like our angle here on this thread advocates. Drill the MM's, the media, but leave the company alone. They have enough problems, without people sueing them for being a "typical evil run company". Want to own stock in a "moral" company? Good luck finding one, and when you do let me know. Doing things illegal or fraudulant is as american as apple pie. Do I complain about it? Sure. I point it out as well. Bitch and moan sometimes. But I dont call up my lawyer and hurt my shares anymore(I take the side that sueing a company for illegal or fraudelant acts against a stockholder would short term hurt yourself, with little of no hope of winning(after spending a lot of money). :confused: Maybe I ( or you ) have missed something here . There has been plenty of discussion on this board pertaining to sending letters, contacting the media outlets and complaints by phone about the illegal activities that occur with this stock . I don't see where anyone has just sat back and said it was OK . What else do you propose we do ?

Ditto! I have been sending emails every single day now for over 3 weeks. I don't care who is pissed at the SEC or ISEG...I want my pound of flesh, and I want my stock back in the black! The ignorance of the problems that we are fighting here by the Hartliebers only underscores what a problem he and his followers are. They do not even know what they are fighting anymore...and they want to come here and tell us we don't know what we are doing! I have my suspicions on who Hartlieb is in bed with and what his agenda is...and I will leave it at that. All he is doing is the same exact crap that the MSM was doping with the Ergen/BK story...and we know that hurt all of us in the short term....even when we started playing with the shorters at their own game. Yeah I bought more stock at BK price....but it hurt my core position even more and forced me to invest here even more to avoid the continued losses I was seeing based on my original investment and a bunch of scumbag hedgies naked short selling the hell out of SIRI! I am over invested inthi stock as are many...but we were forced to do it due to the circumstances surrounding the stock..and that is what is really pissing me off...some FAT cat asshole shorting and manipulating the hell out of SIR right to this very day and he continues to get away with it...maybe he has changed the plays he is calling.....but he is still conjtrolling the bid and ask at will!

again, I am not defending Hartlieb, but I do believe that wallstreet and all the people involved in criminal activity know that they will not be confronted for their actions because the cost are too high for any single person to hire a lawyer and go after them. Based on our recent history, the government and/or its agencies(SEC) are not going to protect us either. I do appreciate everyones effort that have written letters and e-mails, but based on my experience, it takes a organized campaign from a relentless group to deal with the criminals or the government. Again I stress a organized group. They will only help the little guy once they have gotten egg on their face and have no choice. Again, this is based on a real life experience, investing two years fighting major local government. In the end we won, but it would not have happened if each person fought individually.
I do believe all/most companies cross the legal lines. However, to change to the situation, the companies have to be changed one at a time. Unfortunatly, not many people want to "invest" their money into that challenge. It is a investment, because you could win or lose. Yes, it is possible to win, it requires the right game plan.
I have averaged down huge on this stock and believe it will pay off. I would like to take some of those monies and fight the big boys. David and Goliath can happen again.
I can say that I have spoken with one of the top law firms in the country that are interested in going after the big boys behind the manipulation and short selling on this stock. They are also willing to do it on a contingency with a small cost to each plaintiff group versus what it would normally cost a person themselves.
Based on what i have read here today, I do not get the feeling that many people would spend a small sum to get back what was stolen from them by the manipulators and naked shorts. I will not post the details of the huge investment the law firm would absorb to begin the fight here, but they are very interested.
In closing, I do appreciate all the feedback. I do think it is unfortunate all shareholders have had to go through this, when it did not need to happen.
