I've learned quite a bit over the last 3-4 months from your collective knowledge and wisdom! Without your insight, due diligence, calm, patience, and expertise, many of us newer investors would have bailed long ago with holes in our pockets.

Cos, I understand your frustration and anger of the accusations leveled at you. I personally do not have the knowledge to sift through all of the filings or even to understand what it all means. I appreciate the candor in which you present the information that you glean from your due diligence.

Relmor, I am as pissed as you are at this whole F...ing nightmare that we are so involved with. You made your point!

But can we now move past this and get back to the task at hand. Trying to stay 1 step ahead of Mel and be ready for whatever they throw at us. I for one could really use all the help that I can get...and frankly...reading the posts for the last couple hours has been a waste of time. Not helping anyone get their hard earned cash back.

Please keep your posts on this thread coming. We need each and everyone of you at the top of your game.

Agreed sl62. Your comments are calming. Maybe your right, but I will still reserve the right to place a bit of blame on the source of the inspiration so to speak. I wasnt aware until now that cos1000 felt so strongly about bk being on the table still. I thought we were all still in pretty much agreement that Mel is full of it, and I thought I proved without a doubt that the bk scare was a hoax created from within as well. Or at least executed masterfully by Mel without the consent of the media, the media was just an innocent vicitim in all this. But lets move on your right. ITs over, the article is out, and no going back now. I have other comments I posted in the other thread to the subject as well, and am done with the topic.

There is no imminent BK announcement coming! Brandon has lost his effin marbles......if they turn around and announce BK now.....there is a line of folks who are going to want to know why John Malone and Liberty were allowed to cut in line, and Malone himself may be scrutinized for the recent transactions which were signed and agreed to! I don't believe he would subject himself or Liberty to any shennanigans when they are getting ready to make another offering out of some of their holdings, and the market is clearly spooked already.....need to stop reacting to speculation as if it were fact, but I guess that is what happens when we are left to our own devices, and feel as distraught as we do about the financial markets in general.

Ameritrade Apex platform: orders can be placed directly out of level II pricing windows. you can observe multiple windows on level II with depth charting also for volume at different price points. From window to trade ticket to market.... for 9.99. My Ameritrade Apex account was originally a DATEK account so I don't know if that matters... I have Etrade also and unless you trade a minimum per quarter, you have to pay a fee for their Power Etrade Platform that will allow same type of trading. I had Scottrade but just wasn't satisfied and dropped them a while ago. I'm sure they have enhanced their trading platforms, but I wouldn't know.....

Koop, point taken about emotional conjecture, but killer did as me what I thought and even though I read through a lot of written data, in the end, what we do is based on what we "feel" is the best course of action at the time.... Decisions based on as much fact as can be found (good due diligence) and then make a decision based on what you decide. Call it a feeling or not, its all just an educated guess.... at best.

I have the Etrade pro platform. I tried again to enter a bid for 100 @0.1252 and an error window pops up saying that I have to enter a 2 decimal digit order.:( I think I'll call TD Ameritrade and talk to them. Trying to compete with 2 decimal digits when the mm are using 4 is like being in a cage match with both hands tied. Not TOOO GOOOOD!

this is my last post to you regarding this issue:
1. If I never write this post then the debate of the issues doesn't take place. I have posted many controversial ideas and in the end, the discussion and debate that follows usually comes to the correct conclusion, as was the case here. BK is a possibility, but not a probability, I will hold my 1/3 position and additional buy that I made on Wednesday, and continue to a full position by the weekend of the 14th. The May debt now has to be resolved before the 17th of March to avoid a default per the "going concern" paragraph.

2. The article was written by Brandon not me... When Brandon reacted to my thread the way he did, I tried to pull him back from the ledge. He instead decided to jump off the cliff and run with it...... that is on HIM. He has definitely exposed himself as a person lacking credibility and is just another hack IMHO

3. Whether or not I should have known better is debatable on many levels, but I am not even going to bother with responding..... You are not MY conscience and it is not You that I need to reconcile..... My intentions are to seek answers to question. Hind sight is always 20-20.... and Revisionist History always favors the source....

4. As far as my trade, It was perfect for me at the time it was made..... The fact that a couple pennies showed up the way it did is irrelevant. Read #3 about Hind Sight.....

With all of the above said, I am now done with this topic... If you choose to bash me in the future for my topics of discussion that is your prerogative.... Just make sure you have your facts handy when you decide to do that.... i have to agree with your trade. you made a profit. you may have held a little longer (greed) and unbenownced to anyone the next tic could have been lower. my dad told me years ago after i borrowed my first $500 that any time you make money in the market it is a win. he said that after i made my first double, and a few days, had i left it it would have been a tripple. oh well turning 5 into 10 was better that 5 into .13. LOL

Hey Druid!

I have Ameritrade Apex as well. I can trade four decimals in level two and had no idea others could not until recently.

Amertitrade does have a price for the level II service but if you average 5 trades per month over a 3-month period or maintain an account value of $100,000, you'll qualify automatically.

I just got my priveleges back. They spanked me for trading the same issue too many times in the same day or week, It seems the limit is two and I went three. My guess is that they are trying to prevent wash trades or something.

Anyhoo....thought I would warn you about that.

relmar2003, As someone that has been long for some time. I dont think there is anything wrong with buying at .07, .08, .09, and selling at .20 or a little more. I mean I might if the greed monster doesn't grap me by the collar and pull me back down that hole. Now that does not mean I am selling the shares I got at 4, 3.5, 3, 2.5, and I cant go on anymore its making me sick. It just means that 1, 2, or 3 hundred percent is pretty good to make on shares I bought at .07 or at .11 or at .15, once again I cant go on because it is making me sick again. You see I still have the same feeling about the amount of spectrum the company holds that I did when I bought it at 4. The only difference is they just doubled it and took out the only real competition they had in doing so.



So as you can see I agree.
