As a new guy to this stuff.....can someone explain how a trade goes through at .1523 when the bid is around .1450 & ask is .15 ? I still don't understand how that works.

I don't know what your talking about.... I am fully back in to this stock and am not selling anything based on this report. From what I can see, they had 380M COH at end of the year, FCF of $25.9M, and sub growth positive of 83K. I thought 19.1M and they got 19.003M in a 35% dowturn in OEM and sales in 4Q and a loss of retail net subs. I'd say they survived pretty well. Remember this is already 70 days old and they just Restructured all of their Debt for 2009 and had a Great Interview with Maffei on CNBC. Sell your shares if you want, but do so at your own risk.... I'll wait to see what the MM's do now that this report is out and over.... And I am not you leader.... just an investor... So Suck It Up ...... and make your own decision..
