This article "Lessons on Manipulation" was written by Brandon and posted here on Siriusbuzz, Monday, March 2, 2009, the same day as the 12b-25, 10K extension was filed. Go to the article: click NEWS scroll on the article, on the bottom of the "recent post" click "older coments". Read the article and read my post, which was posted that morning when the filing of the extension had just occured and look what Brandon had to say...... that's the 180 and that's my reason for the Anger. This was not his "Thought" then.......

No. But someone else, without level II access, might! Ouch....That hurt.

How can we not be overly negative? For starters, it looks as if we lost subs last quarter.

Revenue seems ok but they attribute it to the merger, probably best of subs.

Outlook is negative.

They are going to take another impairment charge, which means they will miss on estimates and basically kill any advantage to the increase in revenue.

BK is going back on the table.

No! Its just drifting form 0.126 to 0.13 under volumn so thin its like smoke. But to those who are not looking through level II, and are seeing only a truncated trade price >> 0.12, it could look as though the price had fallen a penny in after market, after the release of his "highly original masterpiece":)
