Honda Pilot No SiriusXM Signal Issue

I've been losing my signal for several months after years with no problems. Constantly doing a refresh. I recently went to South Carolina recently and service was fine there and on the trip home to Jersey. As soon as I got back to Jersey the signal was lost again. I'm thinking this isn't a problem with my receiver, but with the satellite. Any suggestions on who to contact to look into this? I enjoy Sirius and streaming, but if I can't listen in my car, I may have to drop. TIA!!
