Are you talking about the number of shareholders involved in the lawsuit or the total number of shareholders for the company?
If the latter, I think you left out a couple of zeros... 900,000 sounds possible.

SH -- There's no way that's possible. I know for a fact that there were once 900,000 holders of SIRI, as they publically stated this. As for the count on XM, that was my own research as I asked someone in their IR once at a stockholders meeting -- and they stated that they printed 80,000 copies of the Proxy for voting.

I just don't see any way that a company with the kind of volume that Sirius has every day could have the number of shareholders drop from nearly 1 million to 9,000.

    TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS…

WE ALL must have conviction…no matter how much we are in the hole…there is hope for the hopeful and no hope for the hopeless.

We must give our investments much more time to grow…just never forget “nothing great is created suddenly”.

With over $11,000 in sIRI I too am behind over $7000. I sold 7500 shares at .36 with an average at 1.38 and now bought back 5000 at .30 and expect to add more shares before mondays 3Q CC to bring my avg down further to under a dollar.

Then be hopeful it will go to 3.00 in the next year or so.

    Suckered I think not

And my own DD tells me that XM had over 80,000 at one point... it is easy to see that the holders of Sirius XM could well number over 1 million.

And Hartleib has suckered 500 of them...

    Due the math.

If you think this is all hogwash and he has 500 suckers
then why is this stock down to 30 cents and analysis are saying there is a strong possibilty that it will go bankrupt by the end of 2009

What does one have to do with the other?

Just because the stock price has crashed, in no way shape or form give any creedence to any of Hartleib's claims.

Homer, what have you done for the shareholders? Suckered nice term! Fyi it is between 650 and 700 now, and growing fast despite your Ad Hominem attacks! Why don't you let us all know what your thoughts are on a Radio interview with Tyler?

For those wondering, Hartleib is obviously building a case against me and others that have been critical of him on this and other boards... the verbiage he's using is giving him away. I have had several posters recently make statements of such directly towards me -- so IMO, he's looking to sue just about anyone that questions him or his motives.

    "Ad Hominem attacks"????

The assertion is baseless and ridiculous in nature.

BTW Michael, you say your group is growing "despite my attacks" -- so you're openly admitting that there has been no damage to you... thanks! Just wanted to make that clear on the boards for when you file your suit against me and the others.
