Long before he became King, Donald Trump was the world's biggest crook, con man and fraudster. He was involved in more than 4,000 lawsuits and legal cases – remember "Trump University"? – and since becoming King, he's gotten worse. Much worse.

At an August 2024 rally in Asheville, North Carolina, Trump promised that "prices will come down and they’ll come down fast." He was lying, of course – but gullible voters believed him. King Donald the First is denying responsibility for rising prices. He's blaming his predecessor. In a post today on Truth Social, King Donald wrote, "BIDEN INFLATION UP!"

King Donald the First doesn't care about qualifications, knowledge or political experience. His only criterion for his Cabinet members, aides and associates is that they be unquestionably loyal to him. Mitch McConnell was the only Senate Retrumplican to vote against Kennedy's confirmation. An angry King Donald probably shouted, "Off with his head!"

More than 400,000 Americans died of COVID during King Donald's first term in office. Many studies, including one conducted by Columbia University and one published in Lancet magazine, concluded that 40 to 50% of those deaths were caused by – in the words of a National Institutes of Health report – "the Trump Administration's inability to mount a timely and effective response to the COVID‐19 outbreak, despite ample warning." King Donald, an anti-vaxxer, appointed anti-vaxxer Robert Kenendy Jr. to head the Departrment of Health & Human Services. How many more COVID deaths will King Donald be responsible for? Time will tell.

King Donald the First has started sending undocumented immigrants to the U.S. naval station at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. Raul Reyes, an immigration attorney who contributes to CNN and NBC Latino, says this is a "losing proposition" that "raises serious legal, logistical and human rights issuies. It will create more problems than it solves, while doing little to improve our dysfunctional immigration system." Reyes says the average annual cost to detain an immigrant in the United States is $57,000. In 2019, The New York Times found that the annual cost of holding an immigrant at Guantánamo is $13 million. At the time, Donald Trump said that is "a fortune" and "crazy" – but now that he's King, he no longer cares.

At the direction of Vladimir Putin, hundreds of Russian trolls created fake social media accounts and spread propaganda and fake news stories in an effort to tip the 2016 Presidential election in favor of Donald Trump. This was the conclusion of every United States intelligence agency – but on July 16, 2018, after meeting with Putin in Helsinki, Trump told reporters, "Putin says it's not Russia. I see no reason why it would be." He believed his best friend Putin but not our intelligence agencies. King Donald's latest action sends a message to Putin: "Keep up the good work, Vladimir!"

During the 11 years he hosted The Apprentice, Donald Trump delighted in telling contestants, "You're fired!" Now that he is King Donald the First, he takes sadistic delight in saying "You're fired!" to many thousands of government workers.

Declaring "Vengeance is mine! I will repay!," King Donald the First is seeking retrubution against all his perceived enemies. That includes former President Biden, whom King Donald calls "Crooked Joe." King Donald has no interest in serving the American people. He serves only himself.

In February 2022, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, triggering a war – but King Donald the First and his BFF Vladimir Putin blame Ukraine for starting the war. Seeking an end to the conflict, officials from Russia and the United States – but not Ukraine – are holding talks in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. King Donald yesterday declared he has "the power to end this war" and said he will meet with Putin later this month. If King Donald really does end the war, it will almost certainly be on Putin's terms.

In 1775, the Continental Congress representing the Thirteen Colonies rejected the monarchy of King George III and declared independence from Great Britain. On July 4, 1976, the Continental Congress formally adopted the Declaration of Independence. In 2025, the United States of America is once again under the rule of a King and a monarch.
