I have a onyx ez1boom box. I bought it from fbook marketplace..has the radio with it with the correct adapter. Bought it for my mom. Also paid for a subscription. It powers on but says "no signal". No matter where I put the antenna, no signal. If I leave it sitting there all day, once in a while I'll hear whatever advertisement is on channel 1, but it quickly goes back out. Also, when I press the fm button, it says fm enabled through aux. The source button does nothing, but it clearly works, so it's not broken. What could be happening here? The boom box was actually still under warranty so they sent a replacement, but the same thing is still happening.

2nd issue. My mother had the old boom box before this one. It worked fine for years but all of a sudden she couldn't get a few channels on it. One being fox news. It's not the package, because all the missing channels were included in that package...they just disappeared from the radio. Sirius was zero help in either of these issues.
