Hi all,

I have a 2021 BMW X5 with a 360L Sirius radio. This particular radio allows you to choose notifications. For example, if they are playing a song you like, you can have it notify you each time it plays, or you can choose to be notified each time the artist plays. These all work perfectly. There are also options to choose notifications for sports teams. So for example, you can go to the NHL play-by-play menu, find your team, and check off the enable notifications box. Unlike those notifications for music though, these essentially never work. Only 1 time have I seen a sports notification, and when I clicked it, the radio tuned to the opposing team's broadcast. Never before or since have I received any sports notifications though, so that at least was a thrilling moment.

I've exhausted my conversations with the very upper tier of Sirius support, to where I can email them directly and always get the same individuals, but they just don't have an answer. To follow, compared to my 2017 BMW X5 (rest in peace) that had a different Sirius radio, the sports scores are never up to date. On the old car, they changed almost as soon as the announcer called the play. On the new car, it will sometimes show that the game is still in the 2nd period with that respective score - an hour after the game has ended.

The Sirius people did say that the 360L is not their finest piece of work, and is even glitchier in a BMW. That is just hard to believe though. Thus, I'd simply like to know if this is just me, or if others are having the same issues. I can deal with the sports notifications not working, but it is very frustrating to not have the scores updating properly. Please let me know your thoughts.
