John Stanton founded VoiceStream Wireless in 1994 in Bellevue, Washington. Foillowing its purchase by Deutsche Telekom in 2001, the wireless provider was renamed T-Mobile. The company bought wireless provider Metro in 2013 and merged with Sprint in 2020. Shares of T-Mobile closed today at 168.88, a gain of 1.57 (0.94%).
