The orange-skinned parrot continues to squawk, "Witch hunt! Election interference! Witch hunt! Election interference! Awwkkk!" Here is what deranged, demented, delusional Donald wrote on his inaptly-named Truth Social site regarding Judge Merchan's decision to delay Trump's sentencing in the hush-money case:

"The Manhattan D.A. Witch Hunt has been postponed because everyone realizes that there was NO CASE. I DID NOTHING WRONG! It is a political attack against me by Comrade Kamala Harris and other Radical Left Opponents for purposes of Election Interference and is a case that should have never been brought. Nothing like this has ever happened in the United States of America. IT IS STRICTLY THIRD WORLD, BANANA REPUBLIC STUFF."

Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, has made several rulings favoring Donald Trump. The Supreme Court, which Trump stacked with pro-Trump Justices, has made several rulings favoring Donald Trump. Tanya Chutkan, a judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, was nominated by Barack Obama –. and even she makes rulings favoring Donald Trump. He remains above the law and above the Constitution.

Judge Chutkan agrees to further delay Trump's January 6 case

"Look, the Supreme Court decreed that I have Presidential immunuity, okay? I can't be prosecuted for official acts, okay? When I made hush-money payments to a porn star that I had an affair with, those were official acts, okay? And the fact that I wasn't President at the time shouldn't matter, okay? I am above the law! This crooked, corrupt, Trump-hating judge needs to understand that."

Donald Trump made hush-money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels to prevent the public from learning of their affair prior to the 2016 Presidential election. Yes, Trump resorted to election interference. He is attempting to get the case – and his conviction – dismissed. He will probably succeed. King Donald the First will remain above the law and above the Constitution.

Donald Trump is nicknamed "Teflon Don" for a reason. Civil charges never stick to him. Criminal charges never stick to him. Trump no longfer faces any charges for spreading lies of a "rigged and stolen" election, attempting to overturn the results and inciting a deadly riot by ordering his blindly loyal supporters to "march to the Capitol and fight like hell." King Donald the First remains above the law and above the Constitution, free to say and do whatever he wants with impunity.

The Presidential Records Act of 1978 requires that all official records, letters and documents created by the President and Vice-President be turned over to the National Archives & Records Administration when the President leaves office. In January 2021, Donald Trump ignored the rule. He took 13,000 official records – many of them confidential, classified or top-secret – to Mar-a-Lago. "They're mine," he insisted. King Donald the First will not be prosecured. He is above the law. The Supreme Court, which Trump stacked with pro-Trump justices, made sure of that.

Donald Trump loves money almost as much as he loves himself. Carroll was awarded $5 million in compensatory and punitive damages – but Trump, whose net worth is now $6.1 billion, won't have to use any of his own money to pay that $5 million. His blindly loyal supporters gladly send money to him, even though he doesn't need it – and they do.

Donald Trump loses appeal in E. Jean Carroll case
A jury last year found that Carroll was sexually abused by Trump at a Manhattan department store in 1996 and that he defamed her in later statements.

"Look, once I become King, if I'm ordered to pay millions of dollars in fines and penalties, I'll just issue a decree that all fines and penalties are immediately abolished, okay? I can do that. The Supreme Court gave me absolute power. Oh, and I want to thank all the pro-Trump Justices I appointed. Aren't they great?"

In July 2024, Judge Aileen Cannon – a Trump appointee – dismissed the criminal case against Donlad Trump, who had unlawfully taken hundreds of classified documents to Mar-a-Lago. Today she issued another decision favoring Trump. She and the Supreme Court, which Trump stacked with pro-Trump Justices, ensure that Trump remains above the law and above the Constitution and will never be held accountable for his crimes..

"Teflon Don" has always been pretty much above the law. He won't even be prosecuted or punished for inciting a deadly riot. And, thanks to a recent ruling by the pro-Trump Supreme Court, after he becomes King Donald the First on January 20, he will truly be untouchable, free to act with impunity. On December 5, 2023, Trump told Fox News' Sean Hannity that he would not be a dictator "except for Day One." King Donald might be a dictator on every one of his 1,462 days in office. All we can do is wait and see.

Jack Smith’s report on January 6 and Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election is released
    CNN, Jan 14 2025 11:39 AM EST

The evidence was there to convict Donald Trump. That’s the simple and powerful conclusion from former special counsel Jack Smith in his final report on Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 Presidential election culminating in the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Smith’s 137-page report, released overnight less than one week before Trump is sworn in for a second term as President, is a full-throated justification of his investigation and defense against his myriad critics. And while he faced substantial political and legal headwinds – especially from the Supreme Court – Smith said his ultimate defeat was at the ballot box when Trump was reelected. With Trump about to be shielded from prosecution as the sitting President, per Justice Department policy, Smith wrote, it was all over.
