Donald Trump Jr. has agreed to testify before the January 6 House committee investigating the deadly riot incited by his father. Trump's daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner have already testified. When will it be Trump's turn? Although he will probably invoke the Fifth Amendment in response to every question.

The New York Times, quoting a passage from This Will Not Pass, a new book by Alex Burns and Jonathan Martin, reported today that Kevin McCarthy told other GOP leaders following the deadly, Trump-incited Capitol riot that he knew Trump would be impeached and planned to urge him to resign. McCarthy of course denied the report. McCarthy of course is a liar. Audio of his phone call has been released.

More than 350 rioters have been identified but have not yet been arrested.

Then he took part in a riot and assaulted a Metropolitan Police Department officer and claimed he was acting in self-defense. Ha ha, that's a good one!

The committee needs to speak with Donald Trump – but we all know he will invoke the Fifth Amendment and refuse to answer any questions.
