Eric Trump is taking a page from his father's playbook. He's condemning the investigation into the deadly, Trump-incited riot as a "witch hunt."

Both DOJ and January 6 committee closing in on Trump and his family, new filings show
A January 6 defendant said prosecutors asked him about ties to Trump and his top advisers, while the committee has subpoenaed Eric Trump's phone records.

Hey Rewind...what is that sound? Sounds like CRICKETS LMFAO

Looky, Looky, Lissy Lissy, Seems the Donald is not alone in his thought that elections can be stolen:

Hillary Clinton dismissed President Trump as an “illegitimate president” and suggested that “he knows” that he stole the 2016 presidential election in a CBS News interview to be aired Sunday.

Clinton was asked whether it angers her that none of the current Democratic candidates invoke her on the campaign trail while Trump’s rally crowds still break out into “lock her up” chants.

“No, it doesn’t kill me because he knows he’s an illegitimate president,” she said. “I believe he understands that the many varying tactics they used, from voter suppression and voter purging to hacking to the false stories — he knows that — there were just a bunch of different reasons why the election turned out like it did.”

The moral of this story is that a former President can not claim "executive privilege" when he is no longer an executive.

Supreme Court clears the way for House to get Trump White House documents
    CNN, Jan 19 2022 7:43 PM ET

The Supreme Court today cleared the way for the release of Presidential records from the Trump White House to a Congressional committee investigating the January 6, 2021 attack on the US Capitol. The court's order means that more than 700 documents will be transferred to Congress that could shed light on the events leading up to the insurrection when hundreds of rioters converged on the Capitol attempting to stop certification of the 2020 Presidential election results. The documents include activity logs, schedules, speech notes and three pages of handwritten notes from then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows.
