Cleaning out the garage a found an box filled with my old sirius tuners. When I powered the S50 on, I would get the Firmware Updating screen and thats it. Anyone know how I can get it to update or clear the screen? Any help in the matter would be much appreciated. Thanks
The firmware updates come from the Sirius XM satellite and they can take about 3 hours to cycle through. The best thing you can do is power it on in a place with a good view of the sky and leave it on until the update completes.
If you don't get an update it's worth calling but generally your radio should be updated automatically.
