iOS mobile app randomly stops playing on its own

The SXM mobile app for iOS, version 5.6.8 (Build 1602092301) has a bug where it will stop playing on its own. It's been happening at least once a day since this version was released.

I've also seen it start playing on its own, but not very often.

The SXM mobile app is running on an iPhone 12, iOS 14.1. Usually listening via bluetooth headphones.

Also, the app crashes a lot, usually after disconnecting bluetooth headphones.

P.S. Is there a better place to report bugs than this forum?
