North Korea today reported that six people have died of COVID. We're supposed to believe nobody in North Korea died of COVID during the first 28 months of the global pandemic? Sorry, I'm not buying it.

COVID-19 vaccine boosters are critical for older adults. Why aren't more people getting them?

SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, is constantly mutating. There have been several variants including Alpha (B.1.1.7), Beta (B.1.351), Delta (B.1.617.2) and Omicron (BA.1). There have been four subvariants of Omicron – BA.2, BA.2.12.1, BA.4 and BA.5 – each of which is more transmissible than the original Omicron virus. BA.4 and BA.5 now account for more than 52% of new cases of COVID in the United States.

'The worst version' of COVID is spreading. Can we update our vaccines in time?
