Jason Witten is a terrible football announcer and I wish ESPN would get rid of him because he says so many things that are dumb or just plain wrong, and now today he broke the MVP trophy at the Pro Bowl. Here is the story.

The settlement betweeen Colin Kaepernick and the NFL will be kept confidential. Do you think somebody would tell me the details if I got down on my knees and begged?

NFL reaches financial settlement with Colin Kaepernick, Eric Reid
    Yahoo Sports, Feb 15 2019 11:01 AM

In a stunning decision, quarterback Colin Kaepernick and safety Eric Reid have reached a financial settlement with the NFL in their joint collusion complaint against the league and will take no further action in the case. The league and Kaepernick’s attorneys released a statement today saying the matter had been resolved confidentially. It is believed both sides signed a non-disclosure agreement agreeing not to speak publicly about details of the case or settlement.

The agreement comes on the doorstep of the final hearing in the Kaepernick case, which was set to take place before arbitrator Stephen Burbank this month. Kaepernick had alleged the league conspired to keep him out after he began kneeling during the national anthem in 2016. Multiple NFL players adopted Kaepernick’s protest in 2017, hoping to draw attention to social justice and racial inequality issues.

Indoor arenas, 50-yard fields and only six teams. They called it the Arena Football League. If they were honest, they would have called it Little League Football.

Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak led the crowd in a chant of "Raiders! Raiders! Raiders" Wow, how clever! I wonder if he came up with that all by himself.

The Atlanta Braves will remain the Braves but they're considering banning the idiotic "tomahawk chop" performed by fans at the games. The Washington Redskins will change their name, though. Native Americans consider "redskin" to be an ethnic slur. The Redskins began play in 1932. During their first season, they were known as.......the Braves. Their new name is likely to be the Redtails, after the Red Tail pilots who fought in World War II.

The Redskins did not become the Redtails. They are now just the Washington Football Club. The Chiefs will no longer allow fans to wear Native American headdresses and face paint at the stadium.
