Since 2014, dozens of women have come forward to say they had been raped or sexually assaulted by Bill Cosby. The statute of limitations precluded charges being filed for a majority of the offenses but Cosby was convicted in 2018 on three counts of aggravated indecent assault and is now serving a three-to-ten-year prison sentence in Pennsylvania. When he starred as Cliff Huxtable on The Cosby Show, Cosby was called "America's favorite dad." That was then, this is now:

Among the women accusing the singer-songwriter of sexual misconduct are his ex-wife (singer-actress Mandy Moore) and a then-underage fan. In one of his songs, Adams asked, "Do you love me now till doomsday comes?" We can now say the answer is "no" -- and Adams' doomsday is on its way.

Ryan Adams dangled success. Women say they paid a price.
Several women say Adams offered to jumpstart their music careers, then pursued them sexually and in some cases retaliated when they spurned him. He denies the claims.

In October 2017, Emma Watson, Shonda Rhimes, Kate Capshaw, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Aniston, Amber Tamblyn, Reese Witherspoon and several hundred others in the entertainment industry formed the Time's Up movement to combat sexual harassment. What is the old expression? "Clean up your own backyard first."

Kelly is forbidden to have contact with females under the age of 18 -- and he pleaded not guilty to all ten felony counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Of course. Twenty years I ago I decided to start a list of all the criminals who actually plead guilty. The paper is still blank.

Twenty-five percent of teenaged girls in the US have been sexually assaulted. Two-thirds have been victims of sexual harassment. For many, the abuse began in elementary school. An offshoot of the #MeToo movement is hoping to change the abusive culture of "boys being boys."

Weiner is designated a "level 1" sex offender because he is thought to have a low risk of reoffending -- but I think he has a high risk of having to hear "weiner" jokes until his dying day.

Ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner ordered to register as sex offender
The former lawmaker sent a series of sexually explicit messages to a high school student, prosecutors say.

"On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country, to obey the Scout Law, to help other people at all times, to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake and morally straight." Apparently the Boy Scout oath is meant for only the Scouts and not for the Scout leaders.

Nearly 8,000 Boy Scout leaders accused of sexual abuse since 1944, researcher found
A professor reviewed long-secret files. The Scouts say that every account of suspected abuse has now been reported to law enforcement agencies.
