Bynum also released three albums (1995, 1998, 2002).

    Brett Tuggle, Fleetwood Mac and David Lee Roth Band keyboardist, dead at 70
    He spent 20 years on the road with Fleetwood Mac and also co-wrote the 1988 David Lee Roth hit Just Like Paradise.

    Rado – his full name was James Alexander Radomski – and his partner Gerome Ragni began writing Hair in 1964. The musical opened off-Broadway in October 1967 and opened on Broadway in April 1968. In 1969, Hair was nominated for a Tony award for best musical and won a Grammy award for best musical.
