    Ottley was director and conductor of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir from 1974 to 1999. During his tenure, the Choir recorded 47 albums, appeared in 1,300 broadcasts of the syndicated radio/TV series Music & The Spoken Word and performed at the 1981 inauguration of Ronald Reagan and the 1989 inauguration of George H.W. Bush.

    Taylor recorded seven albums with the Blasters and was a member of the Fabulous Thunderbirds for 13 years. He also released three solo albums and recorded with John Hammond, James Harman, Kim Wilson, Charlie Musselwhite, the Downchild Blues Band and others.

    Pickup played Italian opera composer Giuseppe Verdi in the 1982 TV miniseries Verdi and played Albert Einstein in the 1985 TV miniseries Einstein. He also appeared in multiple episodes of Atlantis, Young Dracula, Holby City, The Jury, The Worst Week Of My Life and other series.
