Several Fox commentators parroted Trump's Big Lie that the 2020 election was rigged and stolen and voting machines were changing Trump votes to Biden votes. The trial will begin April 17. In a deposition, Fox chairman Rupert Murdoch said he now wishes Fox News had denounced Trump's baseless claims instead of endorsing them. Deranged, demented, delusional Donald responded by denouncing Fox News and continuing to insist the election was rigged and stoilen.

If Donald Trump is innocent of election interference (as he claims to be) and his phone call pressuring Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to "find" enough votes to give him a victory is "perfect" (as he claims it is), then why doesn't he want the chance to defend himself in court? Of course, defendants have to swear to "tell the truth." Trump is incapable of telling the truth.

Uh, Donald? Are you forgetting you won in 2016? And the 2020 election was not "rigged and stolen." You lost. Get over it!

Former President Donald Trump said today in a post on Truth Social he’s been informed by special counsel Jack Smith that he is a target of the criminal investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election, a sign he may soon be charged by the special counsel: "Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor with Joe Biden’s DOJ, sent a letter stating that I am a TARGET of the January 6th Grand Jury investigation and giving me a very short 4 days to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an Arrest and Indictment."

While Trump didn’t say specifically why he was told to report to the grand jury, individuals who receive a target letter typically are given the chance to appear before a grand jury to present evidence or testify if they choose. Smith declined to comment when asked by CNN about the target letter and whether his office is preparing to indict the former President.
