Deirdre – Kelton Hernandez, who took his screen name from a song on the Beach Boys' Sunflower album – has made many remixes of singles and albums by the Beatles and the Doors. A majority of them isolate the instrumentals and/or the backing vocals. You can listen to them here:

Here is his remix of Now & Then with the deleted second verse ("I don't wanna lose you, lose you or abuse you") restored:

It may turn out that Now & Then is not "the last Beatles song" after all.

Through the magic of A.I., here is a 1964-style version of Now & Then. If this had been released in 1964, it likely would have been a top-ten hit.

Dave Mullins, who wrote and directed this animated film, has worked as an animator, writer and/or director on 17 Disney and Disney-Pixar films including Up, Brave, Coco, Cars, Cars 2, Cars 3, Ratatouille, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and Monsters Inc. It would be nice if a distributor could get War Is Over! into theaters before Christmas.

A new Lennon-McCartney song was released on April 12. That would be John's son Sean and Paul's son James. Paul wrote on his Facebook page, "My son James has a new song out called Primrose Hill – check it out! And lots of love to Sean Ono Lennon who co-wrote the song."
