How is your CPU and RAM utilization? Sounds like your computer is bogged.

I am having the same issue. Only seems to happen on one of my favourite channels (Calient Ch158). Plays fine for a minute or so then goes back about a minute, I hit 'go live' and works for another minute, then it skips to another channel.

I have done same troubleshooting steps as OP... send an email to technical support.

    (IOS, Android apps work fine).

Which should lead you to look at your PC. Open up your Task Manager and check your CPU and Memory utilization.

Minimal CPU/RAM usage (AMD Ryzen 7, 32 GB RAM). Also tried it on an Intel desktop (i5, 16GB RAM), MacBook Air 2020 (i5, 16GB RAM) same problem (tested Chrome/Firefox/Safari all addons disabled).

Only happens on Channel 158. Tested a few others and no skipping. I reached out to Support... let see if they respond.

Sounds like a channel specific issue but, it would be really strange if the apps had a different feed than the browsers. Good Luck -- let us know what they say.

Support suggested reloading browser, do a speedtest, etc...

Today I have not experienced any issues on Channel 158. Playback working as expected.

    Hopefully issue is fixed.
