I just returned TO FLORIDA's Caucasian beaches from a cruise to Alaska. Once I get my 500+ pics sorted out, I'll select the one which best represents the beauty............. not sure if it will be a shot of one of the Glaciers we saw, an ice burg floating by with a half dozen seals aboard, or maybe a fog shrouded shadow of the remains of a steel RR bridge at 2800' recognized as an engineering wonder, built in 1888 across a gorge in the mountains as part of the effort to open the way for the gold rush..
It's probably too late to book this trip this year (season closes in late September), but I highly recommend you give it a thought for your future destination... Seattle to Juneau, Skagway, then down to Victoria B. C. via a field of ice bergs before returning to Seattle. Great trip aboard Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas...... Or for those with more time on your hands, you may be able to grab a ride on this same ship as it dows its annual reposition cruise to Austrailia. That's 25 days with stops in Hawaii, Fiji, New Calidonia, and one other prot which escapes me.
Okay, enough of that relaxing talk........now back to reality and anxiety of the real world.
