Not sure SF...Thought i read an article that they had some sort of injunction put forward based on a beneficial interest of that settlement with record labels. Anyway....even if that injunction should fail....would not a good reason to report it q2 be to contain the share price? Well we won't have to speculate very long when they take the charge...14 days and counting.
