Wish I could say they are wrong...who knows short term, could break out or retrace a bit depending on the flavor of CC and possible surprises or not.

I do know that ZACKS is a joke. A few months back they had a strong sell on LMCA because they were "down" 50% - EDIT 65.1% or 1/3 - ish but failed to mention in their analysis that it was due to the split from LMCA to LMCA and LMCK thus lowering the value of A shares.

EDIT: Actually 65.1%......what a fkg joke.

The stock also has seen some pretty dismal trading lately, as the share price has dropped 65.1% in the past month.

    July 23, 2014 close $141.31
    July 24, 2014 close $ 48.94

Change in price due to the 2 for 1 LMCK stock dividend/split.

Subsequently the price has dropped further as broadband has been spun out into different tickers

Well siri hung tuff today, by that i mean it no major pullback on a 300 pt day tomorrow will be interesting. If she holds these levels, barring any bad cc news....it should smash thru 3.66/7 at least temporarily on cc day.

SIRI will sell off over the course of the next quarter, its momentum down will be based largely on the large market sell off. It could get there a bit before or a bit after. So I’ll say over the next 3-4 months. The large market sell off will be attributed to some of the same things I mention will impact SIRI. Example: many of the corp buybacks will ’slow down’ because of the stress in the high yield credit markets. Corp buybacks have helped inflate the equity market.I hope this helps clarify "soon" for you.
    Wrong!

Of course we got a complimentary reminder of his original call on a day siri is getting beat up:

We are still on target. But, No one can predict with certainty though.
It does look like the downside risk is very limited. Low 3.50's probably.(minus a market calamity)
First upside target is 3.75 and then 3.80's. The first could be reached on a pop around this weeks releases.

I would put stops in in high 3.40's just to make sure, obviously if it breaks there it will not be a good story. it may pullback to 3.51 or so and I would not be worried. If it does break there I would be a buyer back lower at 3.25 or so.

What I think will happen is it breaks above 3.66 and probably go to 3.75 and return to near 3.66 before starting a slow rise back to the 3.80's then 4.02ish .. but re-eval will come before that.

Obviously everyones risk and positions are different so do your own due diligence.
