    Did anybody else realize that old media can stream too??? LOL

    They were the new all-digital, online media darlings: Netflix (NFLX), Pandora (P) and Twitter (TWTR). But lately all three have investors worried.

    Netflix hit an all-time high of almost $500 a share in September. Since then it’s down 27%. Pandora’s all-time high was in March at over $40. It is down 54% since, including a 28% decline in the past three months. Twitter’s high was last December when it almost reached $75. Even in early October it was still over $55. Today it’s under $40, down 48% from the all-time high, 29% since that early October high.

    Definitely a sign that the buyers of the options believe the stock is going lower.

    Thanks Wolf...just seems to me if they are going to buy back more shares why would they not take it down again? Having said that...i would rather see the stock moving higher not lower.

    @bdp....50 day is 3.44, 100 day is 3.48 and 200 is 3.39.

    and don't forget about this:

    Sirius XM has until Dec. 5 to dispute remaining facts in the case, the judge wrote, otherwise Sirius XM will be ruled liable for infringement.

    So... That's today. I can't imagine they would be so stupid as to let that one slide into the abyss, but this is the Liberty "genius" team we are talking about here so anything is possible.
    BTW- GENERAL COUNSEL Patrick Donnelly did sell 11.92 million of shares on Monday which would raise suspicion of an impending legal liability. Could all be calculated to drive the SP down which is more along the lines of a standard Liberty play especially to gobble up more discounted shares or to generate fear before another low ball offer. After all, if there were actually a serious legal issue looming that would cause the so to drop, Mr. Donnelly would certainly be facing insider trading charges. So IMO, there seems to be just a standard eleventh hour response routine in regard to the royalty litigation. I'm not worried, just very frustrated waiting for the kettle to boil as everyone else.

    3.63 to 3.45 in a matter of days.

    Yeah he sold on the Dec 1. The settlement news came out on Dec 4. Talk about great timing...funny how that works.

    Typical Sirius funk. I think you were spot on with your .25 pull back.
