I have an Alpine CDE-124SXM tuner using the SVX100V1 sat tuner and about 3 week ago it started the subscription loss when I turn the vehicle off. XM customer service is saying it the radio but I do get the XM no subscription music on channel 001.

I have a 2017 Outback - I'm in the middle of an XM subscription after the free trial ended. This just started happening. SiriusXM support people said I had to go through dealership. Any other resolutions to this proble?. Have not contacted dealer yet. I've refreshed many times, and get unsubscribed when I turn the car off.
    Thanks,

I'm currently having the exact same issue with my 2016 Forester . Worked great for several years , but out of the blue this issue happened . Sirius C/S has yet to come up with a fix that works . -- K.
