Sirius Radio exec sells Lincoln Square condo for $1.8M

Vance W. Lavelle and Robert S. Lavelle sold the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath Unit #34B at 2 Columbus Ave. in Lincoln Square to Cartus Financial Corp. for $1.8 million on Sept. 25.
The 1,507-square-foot Unit #34B is in a condominium built in 1998 and houses 133 units on 40 floors.
Ms. Lavelle has served as the senior vice president and chief retention officer at Sirius Satellite Radio, headquartered in New York City.
Prior to joining Sirius Satellite Radio, she was the chief executive officer at Time Circle, a marketing consultancy. She also held various key positions at AT&T, Lucent, JPMorgan Chase, PNC Financial Services Group, AVIS, CIGNA, Inductis, The Government of New Zealand, C2 Media and the Pittsburgh Public Theater.
She earned her bachelor's in business from the University of Alabama and her master's from Vanderbilt University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 256 condo sales in Lincoln Square during the past 12 months, with a median price of $1.125 million.
