I'm hoping for a truly green day for many of us.

I've been taking a beating in SIRI, Sprint, and Wendys lately.....but today is looking great.

Sirius is siriusly looking good. The loses are slowing and profit is only a quarter away. Wendy's reported a profit and sales are rising at Arby's and Wendy's. Sprint is merging with IPCS and that little company showed a nice profit this quarter, so it is a great addition to Sprint.

I hope you all have a very profitable day today! I know I'm planning on one!!!

Just from a common sense point of view...I would think that Wendy's would be about the best stock for "quick dining" outfits. They actually use real and fresh food. Arby's has a good side to them though people don't generally know about. Ours here, in Denver, serve fresh sandwiches with really good ingredients and home-made whole grain breads. The sandwiches are to die for.

The first fast food franchise that comes up with an "Organic Natural" label will be the future for fast food. Ten tofu sandwiches for a dollar!

    Pinto Bean Burritos

    Recipe:

    1 Onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (In other words...."oil")
1 25 ounce can of Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons green chilies (canned) chopped
Optional: 1 can Hatch Diced Tomatoes and Green Chili (Medium Hot)
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
2+ cups cheese, shredded (I use lots of sharp cheddar cheese)
1 cup Hot Salsa (your favorite brand)
8 large tortillas (I use organic wheat, but not everybody is into that)
Optional: and meat if you are carnivorous.
    Optional: Cilantro

In a large sauce pan saute' onion and garlic in oil. Add beans, chilies and seasonings, mix and mash. Spread beans cheese and salsa in the middle of tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place in casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes (till they are done to your satisfaction).
Optional: I put cheese on the top of them also when I reheat them.

These actually come together really quick and are very good. Enjoy!

    Jeff,

I posted the recipe for the burritos. I am trying to turn some money, even at a slight loss to buy more OCNF, but we shall see..I am going to start using a lot more discretion.
