Ho John, you are one funny guy and that's why we keep laughing with you. You make it sound bad that someone like Moore is worth a hundred million bucks. John, that's the American Dream. Go off to college, learn a skill and make some money. I don't hear you complaining about Glen Beck getting rich off of his brand of political humor. And I don't hear you knocking Rush Limbaugh for sucking the money out of the Conservative movement.

John, these guys are here to entertain us with their beliefs. That's what we pay them for. Hey, look, we all hope to make money off of Howard Stern, that's part of why we buy and sell SIRI. It's just movies John, just movies. Yikes!

You dont see Beck and Rush criticizing the capitalistic system do you, that is the difference. Beck and Rush don't think any of the bail outs should have happen. Now while I did not see Moores movie I will also say some how I doubt he made to much of GM and Chrysler who have been basically taken totally over by the government and the unions and also been given huge amounts of government bailout money.


Finally you say they are just movies yet you forget all the post from people that believe in those same movies.

I live in Michigan too. Didn't vote for Granholm or Obama. You see, I'm a "non party affiliate" who usually votes for the Libertarian candidate.

Everybody is different John. No sense trying to persuade them otherwise. The people on the extreme left and just as bad as those on the extreme right, and there in lies the problem with a two party system. The extremists are influencial in each party - either you tow the line, or..... Believe in our checks and balances.

There is a difference between the words conservative and extreme right. There is not that much difference between liberial and extreme left. Here I will give you an example Reagan was a conservative, JFK was not a liberial.



P.S. Just so you know I could understand and would not hold it against someone who did vote for Granholm (even my father said they voted for her the first time because she went to their church OLGC (even then I think he was joking with me about voting for her just because of that)) but for Michigan to go for Obama after 6 years of Granholms policies that went along way in killing the state when every other state was doing well is retarded. Also you want to know how smart Obama is, he wanted to put Granholm on his team for setting economic policies. He wanted her to do for the country what she has done for the state of Michigan.

Here I will give you a clear example of the difference between liberials and conservatives that also follows your post about my father. You see your type (the liberial) wants socialist policies because you dont think your kids and grandchildren can make it on their own, THEIR NOT INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO DO SO (OR HAVE ENOUGH COMMON SENSE). I on the other hand believe in my kids and know I am teaching them like my father tought me, so I will be able to make it on my own and wont need the government to provide for me or my kids from cradle to grave.


The fact is I believe my kids are intelligent enough to make it on their own and you dont, you think your kids or grandkids are to dumb or will never be intelligent enough to be able to provide for their own health care.

Oh my....looks like a hit a few nerves today. I am not going to say that there are not problems in this country..there are....but it is by far the best country on the planet by far. I just cannot understand how anybody can watch a Micheal Moore film and believe what they are seeing without questioning what is being said...and just believing that his warped views are truth. In Bowling for Columbine, Moore actually blames friggin KMART for the massacre. WHAT???? ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDIN ME? Then he blames Charlton Heston and the NRA because some child shot another child to death. ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDIN ME???? How about blaming the actual people who did the massacre? How about asking, where and what are these kids parents??? Micheal Moore is all about twisting facts, and truths, and blaming everyone except for the individuals who are responsible. IT's PATHETIC. THIS WOULD BE A MUCH GREATER COUNTRY AND WORLD IF PEOPLE STOPPED BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE FOR EVERYTHING AND STARTED TAKING REPOSIBILITY FOR THEMSELVES AND NOT LOOKING FOR OTHER PEOPLE AND THE GOVT TO TAKE CARE OF THEM.

Wow John, you sure know a lot! I'm impressed...LOL Like I said John, the name calling isn't very useful around me. It just makes me laugh at you and feel sorry for you. I hope you can grow out of it someday. You're a young man and you have a lot to learn. I'm sure that you'll mature and learn to express yourself without the use of name calling.

You know what John. I happen to like Julie. And I don't think she's dumb. I think you referring to her that way really bothers me. And I'm sure it bothers others that use this site.

We have a solid community of investors here. If you disagree with some of us, that's fine. Actually, that's great! That's what makes Sirius Buzz feel like home to a lot of us. But, in my home as in most peoples homes, we don't like name calling. So, please don't do it.

I wish I had some idea man. I want to get the pom-pom's out and jump for joy with a big day, but it just isn't happening.

I had been buying and buying, but I'm just not sure where we go from here. I think most of us are pretty hopeful about SIRI. I've been an investor in SIRI for many years.

Do you have any ideas on what's happening?
