At 20 dollars per share and 900mm shares, does this make the company an 18 billion dollar company? That just doesnt seem right.

Only with real belief in the product...otherwise a stock would tank. They have been smart with their advertising. They have to pull the share price up to get listed in higher markets and the most classic way is a R/S. It damages shareholders' leverage, but other than that it is an even Stephen proposition.

thats the confusion they didn't say it, thats why i think they are playing a game with the naked shares and trying to clear the nakeds to then post the official O/S, definately some game being played and i don't know if its good for longs

i tried to sell at .17, .16 and .15 and each time was below the bid but none would go through, and my brother put in for .14 and it wouldn't go through...don't know whats up with that....

    Sponge Tech

Interesting caonversation about SpongeTech and a reverse split. The products are great (I rate them a 10). I feel the branding needs some help, and that is where they need the biggest improvement IMO. The SpongeBob connection is great, but they need to make SpongeTech synonomous with spnonge cleaning products.

Reverse splits are always a tough issue. The perception that surrounds them is not very good, so it makes it a difficult proposition for investors to face. That being said, what they have is a great product with a great potential in an economy where people are seeking value.

If the company were to ask me, I would suggest that they stress the value in their products as much as possible. I know they already do, but it is a message that needs to be hammered home and maintained. A few well placed ad spots on Nick, combined with ads on a show like Discovery could work wonders. Parents will hear the ads on Nick, and see them on Discovery. A connection is made, and away they go.

This will be interesting to watch, and who knows, I may drop a bit of coin into it at some point.

    bcle looking great!!!!
qasp putting me back in the green.

looks like spng has bottomed (for now anyways) you will have a chance to exit at a better price if you wish to do so.. to many team members here hold that one to ignore. i will definitely help as much as i can.
i personally dont like to hold through a r/s. i would be more inclined to buy after the r/s and the drop that usually comes with it right after.
