Why we dont have to rip our constitution to shreads to bring down health care cost.

    1.) Pass better Tort reform.

2.) Open up the competition between insurance companies across state lines.

3.) Have tax deferred heath savings accounts.

4.) Dont have laws on the books that prevent insurance companies from offering only catastrophic health coverage.

5.) To cover the people not already covered would be much less expensive and would not tear the constitution to pieces to get it done. I use the S-CHIP program as an example.

All these things can be done and they will not cost anywhere near what Obamacare will and they will do it without ripping the "Constitution of The United States" to shreads.

    Hey John

That would be too easy! Therefore Congress won't even think of it! Hell no, gotta re-invent the wheel!

I just saw on Sunday a democratic senater (I think Conway) talk about another option that sounds good also he was talking about a public co-op. He also said that there was not enough votes in the senate to pass Obamacare.
