Overnight volume seems to be on the low side. Wonder why? Days leading up to the quarter always seemed to open with 1 or 2 million shares already traded. Right now we are at only 463,000 plus.

That's it right there in a nutshell.

No. I was looking at a different screen. I shouldn't have posted that. My bad.

ps: I did buy at 0.385 this AM but not in the premarket. That was another deal.

There is a lot of positivity that there may be a surprise in earnings and iphone app numbers and of course the adjusted new car sales.

Don't forget the new revenue from royalty fees (although not revenue it is $$ to cover royalties) and the Best of, the iphone app, used cars and the increase in family plans.
Thanks for this view. I do expect negative sub growth, but so does everyone out there. It will be interesting to hear the news about the impact of iPhone app: did they get decent sub numbers out of it? Will an analyst ask about Howard's absence from iPhone, or will they get out in front of it and actually say something concrete? And, you mention 'one time charge'. do you know of a large one time expense that is expected? I thought that was behind us last quarter....
    thanks....

Do not look for much in terms of conversion rate for the iPod app. The company has never broken down "internet" subscriptions, and I would not look for them to start now. There has been a rumor running around saying 13% of the downloads converted. I have tried to verify this rumor, and was told flat out that the company has not released such information

Good to see that mgmt is in fact backing-up its promise to expand its marketing reach!

Now you know for sure that Mel et al must have seen the "Hitler/Bunker" video . . unless of course Mel's Commodore 64 didn't have enough RAM . . .

Low volume today. Strange being 2 days away from the CC. Something is holding buyers back. Day traders either are waiting for a .49 break out or are staying away for now. Momentum traders should be in by now.

i know very little about the technical stuff, thats for the smart guys here, but it was mentioned that the debt refi may come with a charge.

and there has been some ants (one time charge) at the picnic (CC) for the past couple that sucked the wind from the show.
