For the little good it will do I am not voting for this bullshit. I would have to ask, if their reasons are for tax purposes only then why not include Liberty in the poison pill. sure they have an agreement that liberty can buy up to 49% of the company in the next 3 years but I did not see anything that stoped SIRIXM from making it more expensive for them to do so. Then again There are plenty of things we were kept out of the loop on, so they most likely do.

As John says it is already a done deal with Liberty's 40% and institutional % well over 50%...I want the R/S but not at 1-10 to 1-50 Rate.
I believe we should have the option from 1-2 and up R/S..so i voted no.
    Yes to Extra Dilution..

The way I understand it Liberty gets 40 percent of the shares whether there is 8.5 Billion, 9.5 Billion or 20 Billion shares. Meanwhile, common shareholders get diluted with each additional share. I would only support further dilution if Liberty shares were based on the shares authorized on 02/17/09.

Another good point for a no vote. It would be like voting yes to cut your own throat. This is such bullshit it amazes me.

Yes, we are, right up there. Vote anyway you want. I guarantee there will be more non voted retail shares than no votes. Forget yes votes.
This is a done deal. They have always just enough institutional control and mutual funds and big money holders who will agree to this. I would make it conditional. Yes you can have the shares, but they must be sold no lower than $1 a share. If you cant get your price up to $1 a share, than you dont deserve anymore shares. Because your PR department "sucks", and you dont do anything to add shareholder value. Nothing. Poison pill adds LIberty value, not our value.
