The merger synergies and significant cost reduction plus sub decline consistent with horrible economy proves this is a biz with a future.

Auto market is very sobering....no shit. Retail channel is nonexistent. Lost subs, could lose more subs due to Chrysler..really? Products are too expensive. Are we at a dollar yet, didn't think so. My call we go negative by days end. Good luck all and believe it or not we I have to go to work, damn.

Next by in for me .38ish.

I'm listening to the CC and watching Level 2 at the same time, and have come to this conclusion:

This marketing guy (third speaker thus far) has got to go. No wonder Sirius/XM's marketing is non-existent and what little there is, sucks.

When Mr. Marketing started speaking, the pre-market price went down a couple cents, even though he really wasn't saying anything.

    Marketing, marketing, marketing...

What shows this is that they had a 108 million profit in EBITDA and had almost a positive number in FCF, IN THE FIRST QUARTER. That is huge, because the 1st quarter is if not the worst is one of the worst for FCF, as far as past "regular" quarters (CAPEX tends to mess up some other quarters).
