am i still the only one saying that an rs is not as likely as every1 thinks. i think this is simple now, its just a way for them to keep any1 from buying over 5 % and messing with their write off's, any more looking into it than that is a bit of speculation. One thing i wonder is if any1 is planning on buying 5 percent wont they come out now, and how many shares is 5 % some1 want to do the math heh

What if they buy it now!!! Wouldn't trigger anything...nothing to trigger! Almost sounds like an open invitation...but I can't figure out why!!!

If someone were to acquire the 5%. Couldn't Liberty convert their preferred to common...thus diluting the 5% down to 2-3%? and do it late so as not allowing enough time for someone to acquire the remaining 2-3%?

Yes it does not trigger it until May 11th,interesting isn't it.they must feel someone is accumulating shares recently and want to do this quick,we have seen alot of big block share's being manipulated through at low prices the last 2 weeks..

P.S.not sure about this, but i think there is a time limit in implementing the right's issue, probably why not until May 11th

Yes they could, but I don't think Liberty wants to convert now ,they lose the Board seats and sway on company mgmt..

    WRONG.

Thus, it would be calculated on about 6.3 billion outstanding shares, meaning 315 million shares would be 5%, or $126 million at todays closing price of 0.40.
