    Guys
I've been reading your threads for about a week. I am new to investing and bought in siri at .11. I would like to trade up and buy back low to increase my overall position. This morning in premarket the stock was up 27% to .55. I couldn't find any news for the upswing, but I am afraid I will make a mistake and lessen my position. Now it looks like I missed an opportunity. How can I tell when I should sell and then re-buy. Some of you smart guys help me please.

This morning when I looked at 6AM CST on CNBC the stock was at .55 and was up 27%. Like I said I'm new to investing, but I know what I saw. Please correct me or educate me if I am wrong.

Ramsey....on Stern yesterday...the Beyonce tapes..hilarious..Enrique...hilarious. I was in the truck hunched over the wheel belly laughing. A howling wolf is the best comparison and Fred comes right in with the sound effects. Awesome stuff!

    B of A & ML

Here's an excerpt - the reset of the article is interesting, too, IMO.

EXCERPT: "This raises important questions about what you knew about the Merrill bonuses, and what you did with your knowledge," Kucinich wrote to Fed Chairman Ben S. Bernanke. "If ordinary [Bank of America] shareholders were ignorant of the details of the Merrill bonus arrangement, was the U.S. government as well?"

Kucinich noted that the bonuses were determined on Dec. 8, unusually early for the company and before a fourth-quarter loss of $15 billion was announced."
