Nope nothing. Your hoping for an event thats never happened. Good luck with that. SiriusXM has showed their hand again. They dont want this stock to take off. Why? Read 1.2 years of my posts and others, and you can get some clues to this.
Interesting. Why would they not want the stock to rise? Sorry...that one doesn't make sense to me, but perhaps I'm missing something. Open to hearing your point of view as to why that would be. I believe we will hear good news with Q1 info release related to 2009 and 2010 guidance.

that could be....makes sense as a plausible explanation.....thanks.

Ok, Im done crying. Everyone done crying?
Lets get back to business. Based on the past, I would expect .40 cents to hold. I would buy here. But A VERY TIGHT STOP. .385 would be my stop for this purchase. Huge upside, very little downside, unless we get more bad news, hence the tight stop.

Call Mr. Blalock and ask him. I have plenty of theories, and TONS OF PROOF. Yesterday would go in the PROOF column, as a good investor doesnt believe in coincidences.

Bought back half my over core position at .42 cents. Not going to try to grind out 2 cents here. If it breaks .385 Ill sell again.

Don't forget what the mm's have done in the past with stop losses.

Hey Relmor,Read Brandon's article on Dec 2009 date to reverse liberty's deal, just to let you know it is bogus, that date was if Phase 2 of deal wasn't done,it is and there is no getting out of it..know this because i posed it 1 month ago and Homer and john straightened me out about it...

I'm thinking we'll be in the .41-.46 range until Thursday, and then we'll be slamming into the .50 ceiling again and again and again and again for Friday-Monday.

How widely held is this stock? I don't know the answer...haven't researched that component. but, if it is widely held and not centered with a few institutional investors and insiders, then the market makes the rules, with all players acting in their best economic interest. Chances of conspiracies are far less likely with widely held stocks. No doubt there's stock manipulation...always is. Crooks exist in every market, no less Wall Street.
