    Addicted to SIRI/Sirius Buzz/SIRI News?

So I feel that this stock has consumed my life for at least the last four months!!! I am hooked on reading the forum and any news I can get my hands on! AHHHHHHHHH I need to take a step back...

Now that the BK scare is over I feel it's time to take a break, but how??? It's like crack or something I can't stop reading about this stock!

Obviously their are others on this forum like me! Anyone else feel like they need to take a step back and just enjoy the ride up? Does anyone think its safe to avoid constantly reading about this stock now and just let it ride???

SOMEONE HELP!!! I think I need an intervention! Or one of those brochures from a casino, Charles you should create one!!! Ahahaha!

Charles if you don't mind disclosing, how have you been doing on your Adsense? I am also a fellow Adsense user as well as Adwords.

I feel confident in saying that there isn't much reason to be imminently concerned with Sirius at this point. Bankrupcy is off the table, and their debt is fairly manageable for the near term. I see Sirius's business trends as being quite good and I'm confident that these trends will continue. The financial information that I've seen about Sirius defintely seems to show a lot of signs that Sirius is increasing revenue, lowering costs, and seems to have some promising new money-making opprotunies on the horizon. Personally, I check the stock price of Sirius just a few times a day, and I strongly believe that Sirius is safe enough that you can do the same.

I am hopelessly addicted as well. I have what I would consider my final position of 10K shares for the long term growth (think college fund). But, I still can't stop looking for SIRI news. I do own some C and AIG (yeah, I know) but they don't hold my interest like SIRI does.
I have been following this bunch for at least 6 months now starting back at SA and then here. I have learned ALOT from everyone here and am thankful for everyone sharing their knowledge. It has saved me from losing any more than I have in this stock.
I am green in my current position mostly due to relmor being pretty adamant about BK being off the table and a deal in the works which gave me the courage to buy a few thousand @.06. I wish that I had put in more but those are the breaks.
Even though I am now in a long term hold position, I will continue to read the posts here to make sure that I am not blindsided by inattention.

    Thanks!

    hopeful,

I'm in the exact same boat as you. Had other stocks as well, sold them and bought more and more and more and more SIRI between 0.12 and 0.20 to bring my average down from $3.00+ to $0.90 and share count from 8K to 33K.

I've never traded this stock in the last few months and just letting it ride BUT, I can't get myself off the news and this forum. I was on vacation for 3 weeks from Feb 7th to 27th and I'm so glad i did not have much access to internet during those crazy weeks.

I'm not going to sell anytime soon. Ideally I should be taking a break from real time monitoring of the stock, but ......

I'm mentally prepared to lose all the money in Sirius but at the same time dream about $10 a share at times

    Just Sirius,

It is about 6C with snow/rain... Windy and gray... I kind of like it though, it has been sunny and blue sky for weeks!!!

That's the problem, I used to have better things to do, then I kind of brushed them all off when the BK scare happened!!!

I have got to get back to my life!!!
