    Spill the beans...did you quiz the hell out of them about the BK rumor? I'm sure the person calling knew nothing about it, but I'd still be curious what how the handled it.

    ya actually i did and she said that she hadn't heard much about a bankruptcy but that they had over 17 million subs and that with all the valuable assets she didn't think they would go bankrupt but i also had to tell her theres around 19 million subs

    They called me and I asked if they give stockholders a preferred price on subscriptions, lol, she had to ask her supervisor. Argh! They are just employees that solicit.

    A few years ago SIRI was so set on getting you in on Christmas programs that they gave me 2 Starmate 4's, 2 boomboxes, 3 car hookups for free for a three month subscription. I still use those today....and will continue providing things go well.

    The people that call you have the least amount of training needed to handle your account.

    I will say though..customer service used to rock!

    I don't know how they are now.
