There may not be anymore dilution... I'm sure you have heard the phrase - "baked into the cake".....right?

The stock is likely to move before anything is officially announced in regards to debt payments/refinancing etc. The move could be fast and fierce with a favorable financing announcement and I can't afford to miss that. I still say that there is more risk being out of the stock than in it at this level....
