Bad Azz, born Jamarr Stamps, released five solo albums and provided guest vocals on more than 90 rap songs by Roscoe, Warren G, Tray Deee, Spice 1, Bizzy Bone, Tupac Shakur and other artists, none of whom use their real name. His biggest hit was We Be Puttin' It Down, a 1999 duet with Snoop Dogg. Bad Azz died in a California prison where he was serving time for domestic violence.
