According to Wards Automotive, trucks outsold cars in December by the widest margin since 2005.
Such is life with cheap oil.
Some are now saying that if/when oil breaks through the $39/bbl support level, the next stop is $30/bbl.

low ball guidance for 2015
as usual.
headlines like this, "SiriusXM—The satellite radio service said it exceeded its 2014 subscriber and financial targets, and issued 2015 projections as well. Its projected yearly revenue of $4.4 billion is slightly below consensus estimates of $4.495 billion." piss me off.
Good Morning guys!

good am wolf. On the bright side.....looks like this 4th qrtr shaping up to be a dandy.
((( YAWN )))...
Edit: We've seen and heard this song and dance before. The world economy is weak and investors/traders know it. I don't really see this having any affect on the price which is sad because in a normal market, it would move and move pretty nicely. Of course, if you are WOLF who trades 6 and 7 figure shares in SIRI, at .06 cent move is nice. :) Again, nice trade yesterday WOLF. Hoping you got in before the news this morning for the quick flip again.
The company also issued 2015 guidance for net subscriber additions, revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and free cash flow:
•Net subscriber additions of approximately 1.2 million,
•Revenue of approximately $4.4 billion,
•Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $1.6 billion, and
•Free cash flow of approximately $1.25 billion.
The financial numbers look solid even though they are low-balled as usual so they don't miss. What's with the 1.2M net sub addition guidance? I remember last year they started at 1.25M and they ended with 1.75M, just doesn't make complete sense to start that low again unless there is something going on that we don't know about....?
Low balling has always been the name of the game with Sirius since as far back as I can remember. In the case of Liberty, I suspect there is also the agenda of keeping as tight a lid on the sp in order to maintain controll of its suppression by creating doubt. Not unusual at all. Remember there is nothing illegal about low ball guidance. Just very frustrating.
What an ass:

@jeffreycpacfa - I think $TWTR has to prove that they can continue to capture users & be more $FB than $SIRI
