I've been watching the news and without any major news releases or major stock purchases, I've noticed this stock jump way up (relative to where it's been recently). What is the reason for such a big swing? Plans about the company's future have already been released so I'm scratching my head why it spikes like this.
Any thoughts are appreciated!
One reason and one reason only. This stock is trading at bankrupcy levels and it is not going there any time soon. Iphone app is not hurting either. We may see this stock in the upper .40's within the next 30 days.

heres is my view, with bk on the table the fundamentals went out the window it traded only on the bk factor, now that bk is not a factor we return to pre bk scare prices, which is merger prices, so we should see a dollar before any major pull backs, remember im the one who predicted .30 today :)
Maybe the MM's are allowing it to return to where it should be now that there is no reason to short the crap out of it anymore (w/o major negative news to feed the beast).

MM's losing money trying to contain it. They need to "let it vent" everynow and then. They will contain advances, and it will approach more reasonable market cap evaluations now. Must also mean big money is done buying in, or still acquiring, and they are trying to shake shares out. Any way, its up, and its all good.

Finally, we can start seeing some returns after almost 2 years in the gutter.
Analysts are starting to love Malone in this market. All of Liberty's
stocks received a bump today. There is a strong indication that this is why SIRI surged today:
