Well depending on what state you live in you might not have to worry!!!
For one thing, and I find this funny, this bill is unconstitutional!!!!!
HCR 6 / is being moved through certain states.

A number of states are adopting a form of the Kentucky resolution.
I have been following this for weeks now, and the media is finally picking it up. Not that it matters, damn socialists!!!
Basically in simple terms, the states tell the federal government what to do, not the other way around.
Say you need more fire fighters or cops in your town, the town pays for it, not the feds!! Its a local issue.
This bill will tax someone in Texas, for a bridge in Boston.
So by law this succubus package is unconstitutional!!
A growing number of states are declaring sovereignty. Washington, New Hampshire, Arizona, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Oklahoma, California, and Georgia have all introduced bills and resolutions declaring sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment at one time or another. Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering such measures.

Forget about Illinois, trust me, I live here!!
The funny thing is they are already working on another succubus package.
