I postponed voting til today. You should have received your proxy ballot via e-mail. I don't know enough about board members to vote anyone out.

Personally I'm voting no to reverse split and no to dilution. There are other things in the works at Sirius that they can announce them. That would put a positive spin on this stock. There are many other initiatives that they can pursue.

im not eligible, i bought my shares on oct 28 and you had to own shares by the 20th, :( I wanted to vote!!!!!
I have voted! Through ETrade! NO TO REVERSE STOCK SPLIT! NO TO DILUTION!
if i was going to vote i would vote yes, i dont think the rs will actually happen unless its absolutely needed to maintain complaince, but they can always have the vote again at a later time if it fails this time.
