sorry for the upset in your portfolio (behl ) is a long
Its a start up company with a great future
I did not want to represent it any other way..
as (ssccq ) is a business with history and assets and good
management recovering from a bad down turn in the economy
good luck
buddy....
I have been doing my DD on OCNF. This really looks good!! Glad I stumbled upon this board. I agree that a buy around 1.25 would be a sound goal. This looks like a good long term stock as well.
I don't think we will see much action on the BEHL today. The market is taking such a beating. I am bleeding all over the place . . . except for my HIMX.
Hope everyone else is doing better.
I should send you a box of corks to plug up the leaks, lol! I knew the market was going to start dumping and went to cash except SSCCQ. I am just sitting and watching now. You have it right about OCNF. It is a winner!! I love it!
If you need a tourniquet give me a yell! I know how to plug up those leaks, as I have had many.....many times! ;)
Bill
hey ray its funny cause i read about the prospects of algae and then i saw this stock and i just got too excited and jumped right on it. i should of been alittle more patient. i know ill make out alright if im patient now, im just hoping it can hold the .003's, which doesnt seem like its going to happen heh, that was a good one bill you had me cracking up. it does seem that way. I hope they got more going on than that :o
Bill,
I felt that the market was ready to dump as well. I just got lazy/greedy and did nothing and now I am paying the price.
I have SSCCQ and BEHL long as well. No worries on them . . . I will just let them play out for the next year.
I have been carrying FNM for some time . . . they are creeping up but I am tired of playing with them. But I have a feeling that when the Gov releases them they will fly up. (whenever that is)
You are talking to the "King of Lazy" here....I just haven't found a good entry point for anything in days. I am buying strictly off of T/A (charts) now and leaving the peripheral bullshit out of the equation, except for dry stocks.
So anything you hear from me is from charts now. Remember.....all the profits, losses, earnings, management, solvency of a company and everything is in the price of a stock. The price is the whole bundle of what a company is and a chart is the map. (oh Bill, you are so wise....lol!)
Anyway, I am just looking and watching...will chime in here and there.
Bill
hey ray how about giving us a little love on the bid there haha, come on man give us 0.003
Good morning fellas,
Sorry if I asked you all this before, but I've been watching the dry bulk shipping cos lately and they all seem to trade within 1-3% of eachother.
That being the case I think it would be easier and more wise to buy an ETF of them so that you get the full range of companies while diversifying a bit within the sector.
So the question: Is there an ETF that operates solely in Dry Bulk Shipping companies??
Look at this page closely!
http://www.smurfit.com/asp/locateus.asp
Then read the rest of their website....:)
Hey Shots -
Good to see you!
Yes there are shipping ETF's , but I don't know if they are all drys. Check with your broker, because there is likely a bunch of different ones. You can google around.... with dry bulk shipping etf.
You should have access to them with your software...I presume...depending upon who you use for an online broker.;)
Bill
Again, its (SEA)
Ceiling around 12.00 right now
SEA...SEA...SEA... (implanting that in my brain). I only have two brain cells left and they are out trying to ambush each other, lol!
Good morning, Jim!
I hope you day is great! (Eubonics)
What a market..... I hope it breaks down for a while... I am ready to buy cheap!
Bill
Thx Bill and Dread.
You guys are incredibly helpful, as always.
BTW, I know you all think GWGI was a pump n dump, but the company has released two statements in the past week about the gas well they just dug in Texas. They are testing this week to see if the well produces useful gas.
If it does, they are slated to drill like 7 more wells on the same property.
Finally, the property they are drilling on is well known for having productive wells.
That is the synopsis of the press releases I read about GWGI. Look into it.
And of course, DYODD.
Looking to average down here. What's the buying point on this one? Feeling 1.20 - 1.30 range will happen by the end of the day.
Another good buy to look at is HOV. I feel it's more of a LONG, but HOV made me plenty of cash a year back. Not the best industry to be investing in at this point, but history repeats itself and the housing market will soon enough deliver.
